ShopilotAI is a new product. Instead of promises, here's what it actually does, how we work, and what still needs to be validated.
The product
What the assistant does
- It answers shoppers' questions in a chat bubble on your store's website.
- It uses only the information you provide: products (price, sizes, fabric, fit, stock, link), size guide, shipping, returns, opening hours, FAQ, and tone of voice.
- Recommends a size or product when the relevant information is available.
- When it doesn't know, it says so and offers to hand off to your team instead of making up an answer.
What it doesn't do yet: no automatic syncing with your Shopify or WooCommerce catalog, no automated abandoned cart follow-ups, and no sales analytics dashboard.

Data
Privacy and security
- Your store information is used only to run your assistant.
- Customer questions are sent to an AI model provider to generate responses. ShopilotAI does not use your data to train models.
- The site uses HTTPS. Data access is restricted by account-specific rules, and each merchant can only see their own store.
- You may request the deletion of your data at any time by email.
