If you're not satisfied with ShopilotAI, you can request a full refund of your payment—both setup and subscription—within the first 30 days following your payment date, without having to give a reason.

How to submit a request

Email us at contact@shopilotai.com including your payment date and amount (and invoice number, if available). We will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours.

Depending on your payment method

• Bank transfer (invoice) : refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account used for payment, generally within 5 business days after the request is confirmed.
• PayPal : refunds are issued via PayPal to the account used for payment.
• Credit or debit card (online payment) : online payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Email us at contact@shopilotai.com with the email address used for your purchase: the refund will be initiated to the card used for payment.

In all cases, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Monthly subscription

There is no minimum subscription term: you can cancel anytime by email, and the service remains active until the end of the current month. The 30-day guarantee also applies to the first month of your subscription; no further months will be billed after cancellation.
